WORKOUT

  • Our metabolism slows down about 8 hours after we wake up, so 30 minutes of exercise in the evening, before dinner will increase your metabolism for about two to three more hours just when it was starting to slow down. This produces a significant increase in fat burned off, even after the exercise is over.
  • Wear ankle weights. You can wear them all the time in your house if you wear baggy pants. It’s great for your legs whatever you are doing.
  •  Find a workout buddy, club, or group. Even if it it just online. It’s great to have someone to talk to and text when you’re feeling good or when you mess up that understands what you are going through. You can challenge each other, support each other and compete with each other. This person should be trustworthy, dedicated, and you will have to be completely honest with each other.

Do 100 jumping jacks

Do 90 crunches

Do 80 squats

D0 70 leg lifts

Do 60 jumping jacks

Do 50 crunches

Do 40 squats

Do 30 leg lifts

Do 20 jumping jacks

Run for 10 mins

MOVES:

Saddlebag Slimmers 

You can do this exercise standing alone, holding on to a chair, or gripping your kitchen counter for support. It tones your outer thighs. 
Directions: 

  •   Stand up straight, and lift your right leg out to the side. Then lower it. 
  •   Repeat 10-12 lifts, then turn around and repeat with the other leg. 
  •   Try not to lean as you do the exercise. 

You can add a light ankle weight as you do the exercise.

8 Count Body Builders

  • Start in a standing position and bend your knees and place your hands on the ground.
  • Extend your legs back into a push up position.
  • Bring your knees back in towards chest and stand up.
This should be a continuous exercise.
